Scope of service

Second Listener provides conversation-process analysis, reporting and improvement recommendations. Outputs are decision-support materials, not legal advice, clinical assessment, therapy, employment decisions, investigation findings or performance verdicts.

Responsible use

Clients must not use reports as automated verdicts on guilt, liability, diagnosis, hiring, dismissal or performance. Reports support reflection, coaching and decision quality; they do not replace accountable human judgement.

Client responsibility

The client is responsible for lawful recording, collection and submission of transcripts or recordings. The client confirms that required notice, consent or lawful basis exists. The client must not upload material it is not authorized to share.

Human review and limitations

AI may support analysis, but sensitive outputs are reviewed by Second Listener before delivery. The analysis is limited by transcript quality, speaker attribution, missing audio/video signals and the information provided by the client.

No attorney-client privilege

Use of Second Listener, ChatGPT Business, OpenAI API or any AI-assisted workflow does not itself create attorney-client privilege. Clients should not submit legally privileged material unless authorized and advised by their own legal counsel.
