Our operating principle
We make patterns discussable, not people exposed. The analysis focuses on observable conversation behaviour, evidence and improvement goals. Sensitive personal, legal, clinical or HR-related content is handled with extra caution, limited reuse and explicit confidence boundaries.
Private storage
Submitted transcripts, recordings and reports are stored in private environments with access restricted to the relevant client and authorized JJ Comms Group reviewers. The MVP workflow is designed so that sensitive material is handled as client-confidential by default, unless another confidentiality level is explicitly selected.
Private client environment
Clients submit files through a secure client portal rather than by open email. Access is account-based and tied to the client organization. This helps reduce uncontrolled forwarding, misplaced attachments and unclear ownership of sensitive conversation files.
Confidentiality controls
- Confidentiality level selected at intake.
- Optional anonymization request.
- Speaker-level feedback only when attribution is reliable.
- Sensitive quotes may be paraphrased where exact wording is not needed.
- No external reuse of highly confidential material without explicit agreement.
- Confidence labels applied to interpretive claims.
Anonymization
Anonymization is not just removing names. Roles, locations, rare events, organizations, project names, timing and contextual details can also reveal identity. JJ Comms Group treats anonymization as a review step, not as a simple automatic search-and-replace operation.
High-sensitivity conversations
HR investigations, performance disputes, legal exposure, whistleblowing, audit conversations, medical or clinical-adjacent material and conversations involving vulnerable individuals require stricter handling. In these cases, reports focus on process quality and observable behaviour, not legal, clinical or employment verdicts.
